These terms explain the basis on which we provide information through this website and the basis on which we quote for and carry out work. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Using this website The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or free of error at all times. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a substitute for a site specific quotation.
You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use. You may not reproduce our content commercially without our written permission.
Quotations and pricing Any price shown or described on this website is indicative only. Because every property is different, a firm price is only given after a free site survey, in a written quotation.
A written quotation is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise. It covers the work described in it. If the work required changes once we start, for example because of an issue that could not be seen at survey, we will explain the change and agree any cost with you before continuing.
Where 0% VAT is applied to a residential installation, it is applied in line with the relevant HMRC rules in force at the time. If those rules change, or if the work does not qualify, we will tell you before proceeding.
Carrying out work Our engineers are F-Gas certified. We carry out work with reasonable care and skill, and to the relevant standards and regulations that apply to refrigerant handling and electrical connection.
We will agree a date with you in advance. If we need to change it, we will let you know as soon as we can. We ask that you provide safe access to the property and to the working areas on the agreed date.
Payment Payment terms are set out in your quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation Where you engage us as a consumer away from our business premises, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract, without giving a reason. If you have asked us in writing to begin work within that period, and we have done so, we may charge you for the work carried out up to the point you cancel.

Guarantees and manufacturer warranties Equipment we install carries the manufacturer's own warranty, and the terms of that warranty are set by the manufacturer. Many manufacturer warranties require the system to be serviced at stated intervals in order to remain valid, and we will explain this at the point of installation.
Our own workmanship is covered as set out in your quotation.
Our liability Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are a business customer, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
