We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. This statement explains how accessible it is, what we have done, and how to contact us if you find a problem.
How accessible this website is This website has been built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA, and with our duties under the Equality Act 2010 in mind.
In practice that means:
- Every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard alone, with no keyboard traps
- The element you are on always has a clearly visible focus outline
- Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against its background
- Every form field has a visible, permanent label, and errors are announced clearly and in text, not by colour alone
- A skip to content link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches
- Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Headings run in a logical order, so the page can be navigated by structure
- The site works at 400 per cent zoom and reflows to a single column on small screens
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to prefer reduced motion
- The cookie banner moves focus to itself when it opens, can be operated entirely by keyboard, and is announced to screen readers

Technical information We are committed to making this website accessible in line with the Equality Act 2010. This website is fully compliant with the WCAG version 2.2 AA standard, to the best of our assessment.
How we tested This website was tested against the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria using keyboard only navigation, automated contrast checking, and structural review of headings, landmarks and form labelling. Testing covered the home page, service pages, location pages, the contact page and the cookie banner.
This statement will be reviewed if the website changes significantly.
